Hey Everyone! Allison - plan all the details of your outfit and workout the night before. If you have everything down to undergarments and socks already set aside, you will have some triggers to help remind you to get your movement time in. Also, plan what you are going to do... A walk? Body weight movement? A bike ride? By having these details in place, you are less likely to get tired with decision fatigue, which is more prevalent at the end of the day.
