What exercise tips do you have that may help me keep motivated to stay on track this week?

Find something you "like" doing. If it is walking outside in neighborhood for 30 min. or walking at a park. Push yourself there are several Walking exercises that you can do at home on YouTube by Leslie Sansone 20 minutes or 30 minutes they are great to get you moving! Pinterest has great exercises as well. I did yesterday a 20 minute Flat Belly Toned Arms Workout and 40 jumping jacks (it was a workout) Try it and PUSH yourself to do something at least 4 times a week. You can do it ladies! There is always 20 - 30 minutes in your schedule for Yourself - Liz
